1. ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿ :
ಪ್ರಸೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ರೋಗ ವಿಭಾಗವು ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕಲ್ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳ ಅತಿದೊಡ್ಡ ವಿಭಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು 2007ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಾಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗು 24/7 ತುರ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೈಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಪ್ರಸೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ರೋಗ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಘಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು - 01, ಸಹ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು -03, ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು - 07, ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ರೆಸಿಡೆಂಟ್ -06, ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ - 08 ಇವರುಗಳು ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನಿಯಮಿತ ಓ ಪಿ ಡಿ, ವಾರ್ಡ್ ರೌಂರ್ಡ್ಸ್ ಗಳು , ತುರ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ರೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳಾದ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಋತುಬಂಧ, ಅಂತಃಸ್ರಾವಕ, ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಪಾಯದ ಗರ್ಭಧಾರಣೆಯ ಆರೈಕೆ, ಅಂಕೋಲಾಜಿ, ಲ್ಯಾಪರೋಸ್ಕೋಪಿ, ಹಿಸ್ಟರೋಸ್ಕೋಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲ್ಪಸ್ಕೋಪಿಯತಂಹ ಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗಂಭೀರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿಯಮಿತ ಯು ಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿ ಜಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೋಧನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯೋಜನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾದ ಎ ಬಿ ಎ ಆರ್ ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಜೆ ಎಸ್ ಎಸ್ ಕೆ, ಜೆ ಎಸ್ ವೈ, ಪಿ ಎಂ ಎಸ್ ಎಂ ಎ, ಎ ಆರ್ ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಐಸಿಟಿಸಿ 2 ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಯಾಮಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನೇರವೇರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವೈದ್ಯರುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಶುಶ್ರೂಷಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಭಾಗದ ನಿರಿತ ತಜ್ಷರಿಂದ ಸೂಕ್ತ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

b) ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ/ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಯಮಿತ ಬೆಡ್ ಸೈಡ್ ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕ್.
c) ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಜರ್ನಲ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯಗಳ ವಿಚಾರಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗಳು.
d) NMC ಮತ್ತು RGUHS ಯುಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಜಿ ಬೋಧನಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. SBA ತರಬೇತಿ, PPIUCD, MTP, ವೈದ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ದಾದಿಯರಿಗೆ. ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಸಹ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ವಯ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

a) ಎ ಲೈವ್ ಹಿಸ್ಟರೋ - ಲ್ಯಾಪರೋಸ್ಕೋಪಿಕ್ ಆಪರೇಟಿವ್ ವರ್ಕ್‌ಶಾಪ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರ ಹಿಸ್ಟರೋ - ಲ್ಯಾಪರೊಸ್ಕೋಪಿಕ್ ಆಪರೇಟಿವ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 07/07/2022 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8.30 ರಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ 5 ರವರೆಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮೊಗಾನ್‌ ಸಿಮ್ಸ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ಮೇಜರ್ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಥಿಯೇಟರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಪ್ರಸೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತ್ರೀರೋಗ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ. ಇನ್ ಹೌಸ್ ಫ್ಯಾಕಲ್ಟಿ ಡಾ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಎಸ್, ಡಾ ಹೇಮಾ ಮೋಹನ್, ಡಾ ಅಶ್ವಿನಿ ವೀರೇಶ್, ಡಾ ಸ್ಮೃತಿ ಸಿ ರಾಜ್, ಪಿಜಿಗಳು, ಆಹ್ವಾನಿತ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ - ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಆಫ್ ಗೈನೆಕೊಲಾಜಿಕಲ್ ಎಂಡೋಸ್ಕೋಪಿ IAGE - ಡಾ ಸುಭಾಷ್ ಮಲ್ಯ ಎಂಡೋಸ್ಕೋಪಿಕ್ ಸರ್ಜನ್ ಕೋಝಿಕೋಡ್ ಕೇರಳ ರಾಜ್ಯ, SOGS ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಿಂದ - ಡಾ ಮಧು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಕಾಂತ, ಡಾ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಹಿಸ್ಟರೊಸ್ಕೋಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲ್ಯಾಪರೊಸ್ಕೋಪಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಒಟ್ಟು 10 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಸುಮಾರು 85 ವೈದ್ಯರು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.
b) ರಿ ಲುಕ್ ಆನ್ ಲೇಬರ್ ಅನಾಲಿಜಿಯಾ – ರಿ ಲುಕ್ ಆನ್ ಲೇಬರ್ ಅನಾಲಿಜಿಯಾ – ಕುರಿತು ಒಂದು ರೀಲುಕ್ ಆನ್ ಲೇಬರ್ ಅನಾಲಿಜಿಯಾ ಓಬಿಜಿ ವಿಭಾಗದಿಂದ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ ರಿವಳಿಕೆ ತಜ್ಞರಾದ ಡಾ|| ಜಿ ಎಲ್ ರವೀಂದ್ರ, ಇವರಿಂದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ 18/06/2022 ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 3 ರಿಂದ 5 ರವರೆಗೆ ಮೆಗ್ಗಾನ್ ಬೋಧನಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಸಿಮ್ಸ್ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ಕಾನ್ಫರೆನ್ಸ್ ಹಾಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಎಂಇ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿವಳಿಕೆ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಒಬಿಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಒಬಿಜಿ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು
c) ಮಹಿಳಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಸ್ಕ್ರೀನಿಂಗ್ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ಪೋಲೀಸ್ ಮಹಿಳಾ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯಂದು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ 45 ಮಹಿಳಾ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಶಿಬಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು, ಅವರು ಪ್ಯಾಪ್ಸ್ಮಿಯರ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಸ್ತನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರು, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಅಡಿಷನಲ್ ಎಸ್ಪಿ, ಡಿವೈಎಸ್ಪಿ, ಸಿಮ್ಸ್ ಓಬಿಜಿ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಪ್ರಸೂ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ರೋಗ ಸಂಘದ ವ್ಐದ್ಯರುಗಳು ಬಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
