ಮಕ್ಕಳ ವೈದ್ಯಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ

1. ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿ : 

        ಪೀಡಿಯಾಟ್ರಿಕ್ಸ್ ವಿಭಾಗವು 150 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ಘಟಕವಾಗಿ 20 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ಮಟ್ಟದ 3 NICU ಮತ್ತು 12 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ಮಟ್ಟದ 3 PICU ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ 24*7 ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಶಿಶುವೈದ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿತು. ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಉಪಚರಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ 7 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ರೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಸರಾಸರಿ ದೈನಂದಿನ OPD 250 ಆಗಿದೆ, PICU ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಾಸರಿ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪ್ರವೇಶಗಳು 1800 ಆಗಿದೆ, ಸರಾಸರಿ IPD ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪ್ರವೇಶಗಳು 9800 ಮತ್ತು NICU ನಲ್ಲಿ 2550. ನಮ್ಮ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು OBG ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ನುರಿತ ನವಜಾತ ವಿತರಣಾ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಇದು ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಾಸರಿ 1000 ವಿತರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಪೀಡಿಯಾಟ್ರಿಕ್ಸ್ ವಿಭಾಗವು ಥಲಸ್ಸೆಮಿಯಾ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಮೋಫಿಲಿಯಾ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಪಾಯದ ನವಜಾತ ಆರೈಕೆ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಹೆಮಟಾಲಜಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಪರ್ ಸ್ಪೆಷಾಲಿಟಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.

  a) ಬೆಡ್ ಆಕ್ಯುಪೆನ್ಸಿ :

* NICU - 200%
* PICU - 80%

b) ಪೀಡಿಯಾಟ್ರಿಕ್ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳು - 80- 85%

c) ಕೆಲಸದ ಮಾದರಿ :

* 3 ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಘಟಕಗಳು ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ 3 OPD/ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
* ಪ್ರತಿ ಯೂನಿಟ್‌ಗೆ 4 ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನವೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ OPD ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ NICU, PICU, ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳು, OPD ಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
* ಉಳಿದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 12 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ UG ಗೆ ಬೋಧನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.
* HOD ಮತ್ತು ಘಟಕದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ತಮ್ಮ ಘಟಕಗಳ ಮೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
* ಒಬ್ಬ ಶಿಶುವೈದ್ಯರು ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನ/ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸದೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
* OPD ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಅರ್ಹ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ 24*7 ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬರುತ್ತವೆ.
* ಭಾನುವಾರ ಮತ್ತು ರಜಾದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಸರದಿ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
* ಘಟಕದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಘಟಕದ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
* ಇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ತಮ್ಮ OPD ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
* ಘಟಕದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ NICU, PICU ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸುತ್ತು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ.

e) ನವಜಾತ ಶಿಶುಗಳ ತೀವ್ರ ನಿಗಾ ಘಟಕ (ಮಟ್ಟ III, & IV).
f) ವಿಶೇಷ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾಲಯಗಳು.
g) ಪ್ರಿಮೆಚುರಿಟಿ ಸ್ಕ್ರೀನಿಂಗ್‌ನ ರೆಟಿನೋಪತಿ.
h) ಒಟೊ ಅಕೌಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಎಮಿಷನ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ.

* ಸಮಗ್ರ ಬೋಧನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ.
