ಮಲ್ಟಿಡಿಸಿಪ್ಲಿನರಿ ರಿಸರ್ಚ್ ಯುನಿಟ್

ಮಲ್ಟಿಡಿಸಿಪ್ಲಿನರಿ ರಿಸರ್ಚ್ ಯುನಿಟ್ (ಎಂ.ಆರ್‌.ಯು) ಎಂಬುದು ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ / ಭಾರತೀಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. 12 ನೇ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು / ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲ್ಟಿಡಿಸಿಪ್ಲಿನರಿ ರಿಸರ್ಚ್ ಯುನಿಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು (ಎಂ.ಆರ್‌.ಯು) ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 2013 ರ ಜೂನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿತು. "ಮೂಲಭೂತ, ಅನ್ವಯಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕಲ್ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯ ಪ್ರಚಾರ, ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ" ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲು ದೇಶದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು / ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ಇದು ಒಂದು ಮೊದಲ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಗಿದೆ.

 

ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ:

  1. ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿ.
  2. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬಹುಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಿದೆ.
  3. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ಭೌಗೋಳಿಕ ಹರಡುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದ ಮತ್ತು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಳ್ಳಲು.
  4. ರೋಗನಿರ್ಣಯ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನಗಳು / ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು / ವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಪುರಾವೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಅನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವುದು.

 

ಎಂ.ಆರ್‌.ಯು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು:

  1. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕವಲ್ಲದ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
  2. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲು.
  3. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಆದ್ಯತೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವುದು.
